Like any other marine fish or indeed family pet , there are times when they may become ill. In order to treat your seahorses correctly we cannot stress the importance of having an informative book to help you find the solution to your problem.

The books shown on our site give a clear and detailed account of how to recognise symptoms and also how to treat them.  There is no written guarantee that your Seahorse will or will not ever require treatment. Our advice is to be prepared, owners of Marine fish will keep some medicines and treatments just in case they are needed and that is what we practice - a first aid box for Seahorses.

We have a full range of medicines in stock but have listed a few medicines and what they will treat but please invest in a book that will give you full details on how to best use these medicines. Natural Medications, (N) are also listed for use in a reef system.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO TREAT ANY SICK SEAHORSE IN A HOSPITAL TANK  AS SOME MEDICATIONS ARE HARMFUL TO BIO FILTERS.
